The Assistant Store Manager / Store Manager bears the overall responsibility for the profitability of the chain restaurant outlet. He/she performs outlet-level support functions, such as customer service, scheduling, handling day-to-day operations, cashiering, closing of the till, ordering inventory, and back office support.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage, direct and coordinate all operation-related activities in a proficient and pleasant method.
  • Ensure overall store image is maintained and the brand is always well represented.

The Cake Artist is responsible for preparing, baking and decorating cakes and other dough or pastry-based confectioneries. This includes the process from planning the products, weighing and measuring ingredients making various baked goods, and finally glazing or decorating them

The Cook / Senior Cook is responsible for preparing a variety of dishes. Production Kitchens are responsible for the receiving, storing, organizing, distributing food and supply items.
